My clients brand new established four-bed home is designed to cater to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, promising a nurturing environment finished to the utmost standards.
Our client is actively seeking an individual who is eager to take a hands-on role within the company, especially given their status as a brand-new service provider. This presents an exciting prospect for those looking to immerse themselves in a dynamic environment with excellent growth opportunities.
In the coming 6-9 months, our client plans to open a second home, providing a unique chance for dual registration or a step up into a RI role. This expansion underscores the commitment to growth and the potential for career advancement within the organization.
To excel in this role, strong leadership qualities are essential. As the chosen candidate, you will have comprehensive management responsibilities, including oversight of recruitment and training for all staff members.
