Currently rated as "requires improvement" by Ofsted, the home seeks a capable and resolute manager who can swiftly step in and initiate impactful changes to elevate its standards. My client is in search of someone with the tenacity and skills to effectively lead the transformation, while also prioritizing the support and encouragement of the existing staff members. The goal is to not only enhance the quality of care provided but also to foster a positive and empowering work environment for the staff, ultimately ensuring the holistic improvement of the home.
The Benefits:
• Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum
