An established provider is seeking an experienced manager eager for a new challenge as they embark on a growth phase. With two thriving homes, each boasting Ofsted's esteemed 'Good' ratings, and a third home in the final stages of registration, the company has recently received approval for their fourth EBD home. This new venture involves refurbishing a spacious four-bedroom detached house with an expansive garden, aiming to transform it into a haven of comfort and support. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to craft a nurturing and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that the children receive the highest standard of care in this promising new setting.
The Benefits:
• Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum

• This position is a permanent, full-time position

• Monday to Friday
• 40hrs per week (overtime available)

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a stellar track record, particularly in navigating Ofsted visits and demonstrating impressive retention rates at previous managerial positions. Additionally, their management style should align seamlessly with the company's vision and values. While experience with therapeutic backgrounds and the PACE structure is advantageous, it's not mandatory, as the organization prioritizes fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all team members, ensuring they feel equipped and confident in their roles at all times.
