Located in Croydon, a brand-new semi-independent home is poised to undergo refurbishment, heralding an exciting venture for my client. They are in search of a seasoned Manager to spearhead this endeavour, requiring someone who can hit the ground running. This home is envisioned to accommodate four individuals aged between 16 and 18, offering them a supportive environment as they transition into independent adult life. With no specific care requirements or specialist needs among the residents, the Manager's primary task will be to cultivate a nurturing and homely atmosphere. This space will serve as a haven for these young adults as they complete their final stages of education and embark on their journey towards independent living.

The Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of between £45-£50k
• The benefits are negotiable, allowing for personalised arrangements that cater to individual needs and preferences.
• This position is a permanent, full-time position
• Independent provider with big ambitions for the future

Recognizing the magnitude of establishing a brand-new home, my client values and acknowledges the dedication required for such an undertaking. In appreciation of this commitment, you will receive a £5,000 annual pay rise upon registration, followed by an additional £5,000 increase after completing your first year with the company. With a focus on fostering long-term partnerships, my client offers progression opportunities post the initial year, including advancement to either a Dual Management role or an RI (Registered Individual) position. Furthermore, in alignment with the aspirations for excellence, there are incentives tied to Ofsted ratings, with a £3,000 bonus for achieving a GOOD rating and a £5,000 bonus for attaining an OUTSTANDING rating, reflecting the commitment to maintaining high standards in this semi-independent setting.

Successful Applicant:
