Our home currently supports three girls aged 11 to 13, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. We pride ourselves on being fully staffed with a dedicated team that includes a Deputy Manager, three Team Leaders, and eleven Residential Childcare Workers. This robust team structure allows us to maintain a high standard of care and a supportive environment for both our staff and the children we care for.
We are proud to have earned an Ofsted rating of 'Good,' reflecting our commitment to excellence in childcare and management. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and maintain these standards, we are open to applications from Deputy Managers who are looking to step up into more senior roles. We are seeking a candidate with a strong management style who can continue to motivate and support our team effectively. The ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire the team, ensuring they remain dedicated to providing high-quality care. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that we have established, ensuring that all children in our care receive the best possible support and guidance.
The Benefits:
