Lovely opportunity to join a growing provider in one of their established services that provides support for children with Learning disabilities. The home currently has 1 resident and I hoping to increase the occupancy with the guidance of a strong manager.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People
• Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children's residential home
• Handles pressure with ease
• An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
