This provider is seeking a visionary leader to deliver outstanding care and enhance the life prospects of young people. As a Registered Manager of this Ofsted-rated GOOD home, you will:
•Create tailored care plans for each young person, addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
•Collaborate with recruitment to hire, induct, and develop a dedicated team, ensuring consistency for the young people.
•Develop systems to involve young people in decisions about their care.
•Assign Key Workers to implement childcare plans.
•Set and monitor high-quality care standards in line with National Minimum Standards and the Home's Statement of Purpose.
•Address complaints and child protection concerns promptly.
•Work with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure the welfare of young people.
•Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings.
•Ensure children receive the highest standard of care.

Essential Requirements:
•At least 2 years in residential child care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
•Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or willingness to begin within 6 months.
•Familiarity with The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
•Strong leadership, planning, organizing, and budget management.
•Confident in both written and verbal communication.
•Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
•Full UK driving license required.
