Our client is seeking a dedicated manager to take charge of a well-established children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care for both staff and residents.
This role involves overseeing the setup and daily operations of the home, with the key objective of providing a stable, supportive space where children can flourish.
Located in the affluent suburbs of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield offers a blend of scenic parks, excellent schools, and a thriving local community. Bonus Structure:
•Full occupancy bonus: £125 per month
•Audit Bonus: £450 every 3 months
•Ofsted Rating Good: £3,000
•Ofsted Rating Outstanding: £5,000
