The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of working within children's residential
• Be able to oversee a team and ensure the successful running of the home
• Be qualified to Level 3 and a willingness to work towards level 5
• Wanting to grow and develop with the provider
• Willing to participate in the on-call rota and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
