Key Responsibilities
•Register and manage the home in line with Ofsted requirements.
•Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people.
•Manage referrals and oversee appropriate placements.
•Lead reviews and facilitate key meetings.
•Provide induction, supervision, mentorship, and assessment of staff.
•Preferred Qualifications and Experience
•Managerial experience in children's services, particularly with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
•Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People is highly desirable.
