Up to £50K plus bonus
My client has recently acquired the keys to their sixth children's home situated near the coast. This facility is dedicated to providing care for a maximum of four children and young people with learning disabilities, with a particular focus on addressing their related mental health challenges. We approach each child as an individual, crafting a customized care plan tailored to their specific needs. This position is ideal for a Children's Home Manager who possesses a therapeutic mindset and seeks to collaborate with a clinical team.
To Apply, Please Ensure You:
Possess prior managerial experience within a children's residential setting.
Have successfully completed the Level 3 qualification in children and young people's services, and ideally, you are enrolled in the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.
Exhibit a forward-thinking and supportive work ethic to effectively lead the team and a deep passion for creating positive outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
The Package Includes:
A highly competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
A bonus scheme is in place.
Participation in a shared on-call rotation across the six homes.
