Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager

Location: Church Stretton
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager to join our team in Church Stretton.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the service, providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

The role will include a combination of supernumerary management shifts and clinical shifts, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership responsibilities while maintaining your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with the daily management of the service.
• Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams.
• Complete supernumerary shifts focusing on leadership, governance, audits and staff development.
• Undertake clinical shifts and provide hands-on nursing care.
• Maintain high standards of care, compliance and safeguarding.
• Support staff supervision, training and development.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager when required.

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous nursing or care home experience.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering excellent, person-centred care.
• Organised, motivated and an effective communicator.
