I am searching for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to help lead a large nursing home in the Sutton Coldfield area.
The modern, purpose built home provides nursing care for older people & those living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager
• Staff management- maintaining the team/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• Build and maintain rapport with staff/residents/their families & all external bodies
• Undertake assessments of other staffs and review care packages
Skills/ Qualifications of the Deputy Nurse Manager
• RGN/RMN/RNLD with active PIN
• Experience within a large nursing home as a Deputy/Unit Manager
• Sound knowledge of CQC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic , a great communicator
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
