An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strong Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager / Nurse Manager to join an exceptional home in Blackburn. The care home has been designed specifically for the care of elderly service users. You will join a fantastic care provider with superb reputation for care delivery and for overseeing high calibre care facilities. The care home caters for nursing, residential and dementia sufferers.
My client seeks a very strong senior level Nurse qualified candidate with strong experience of clinical / nursing management within the elderly care sector. As clinical lead / deputy manager you will have full responsibility for the nursing and clinical management of the home. As deputy care home manager / Nursing home deputy manager / clinical lead you will manage nurses and carers to ensure all residents are cared for to the highest standards.
Clinical lead candidates must have strong nursing skills. Nursing home deputy managers, clinical leads or nurses looking for a step up will be considered. Successful deputy manager / clinical lead candidates will have good clinical skills and have a person-centred approach to care. Clinical lead / nursing home deputy manager candidates with experience gained within the elderly care sector are preferred, however, candidates with strong clinical knowledge from the NHS or other care sectors will also be considered.
