Job Requirements for Deputy Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
• General management of the nursing areas
Skills/ Qualifications for Depty Manager:
• Previous managerial experience
• RGN/RMN
• Hands on practical approach, sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
This is a hands on role and you will be expected to market, promote, advertise and recruit as well as liaising with relevant governing bodies and local authorities. You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to your residents.
