Clinical Deputy Manager urgently needed for a well-regarded care village in Woodbridge. The home provides round the clock nursing care for elderly adults suffering from dementia. Supported by a dedicated team of nursing and support staff you will ensure that the care, welfare, and safety of all residents in the unit is of the highest standard, taking full responsibility for adherence to statutory regulations.
Candidates MUST be nurse qualified
You will be working for a very successful and supportive provider they offer ambitious growth plans to develop their staff teams.
The successful Clinical Deputy Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Active NMC Pin RGN / RMN
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Experience with physical disabilities, brain injuries and neurological conditions
- Previous management experience
Ideal candidates should have worked as a Clinical lead / Deputy Manager / Deputy Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse / RGN Deputy / Clinical Lead in the Suffolk area
