Location: Near Worthing
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £23.50 per hour (£49,000 total salary package)

Role Overview:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and support for our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager, providing strong leadership and clinical expertise. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous deputy management experience or a strong clinical lead looking to step up.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
Manage and maintain clinical documentation and care plans.
Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement.
Support residents with dementia, ensuring personalised care plans are in place.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or a strong Clinical Lead ready to step up.
Demonstrated experience in Dementia care.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional care.
