Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Near Hastings, East Sussex
Salary: £23.00 per hour | 40 hours per week
My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home located near Hastings in East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career within a supportive and highly regarded care environment.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Previous experience working in a nursing home setting is essential
Ideally has experience as a Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, including clinical oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a great balance of hands-on nursing and leadership responsibilities.
