Position: Clinical Lead - Established Nursing Home near Brighton
Location: Near Brighton
Hours: 42 hours per week (36 hours on the floor, 6 supernumerary)
Salary: up to £51,000, with paid breaks, free lunches, and paid overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Oversee the delivery of nursing services, supporting the needs of residents.
Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Director to implement best practices.
Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Active NMC pin.
Proven nursing home experience.
Experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
