Position: Clinical Lead - Luxury Nursing Home
Location: Near Hastings, Sussex
Salary: Up to £22 per hour
Hours: 36-42 hours per week (Alternative weekends required)
Are you an experienced registered nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care? My client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join a luxury nursing home, where they prioritise the comfort and well-being of their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical care for residents, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Oversee and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, with a focus on those living with dementia.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to enhance the care experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
Proven experience in a similar setting, ideally within a nursing home environment.
Strong knowledge of dementia care is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
