One of my clients, who are a small reputable independent care organisation, are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead who can help lead a team of nurses to provide the best quality of care for the residents. Also, you will be a focal point of call for a number of staff members, and so it is important that the chosen candidate has good people, communication and management skills.
The Nursing Home itself, is a small service specialising in elderly and dementia care. The home is situated in Mitcham and has good access to public transport.
Candidate requirements:
- Registered Nurse (essential)
- NVQ L3
- Elderly and dementia specialist
- Good communication and leadership skills
