Hours: 44 hours per week
Salary: Up to £24 per hour (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a medium-sized, luxury nursing home near Morden, Surrey.
About the Role:
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for the residents, many of whom are living with dementia. You will lead a team of skilled nurses and care staff, providing clinical guidance, supervision, and support. Your leadership will help my client maintain their reputation for delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the clinical care of residents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and best practice guidelines.
Provide leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Conduct regular assessments, care planning, and reviews to ensure the well-being of residents.
Work closely with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with an active NMC registration.
Strong knowledge and experience in dementia care.
Ideally, you will already be working as a Clinical Lead, but welcome applications from Senior Nurses ready to step up.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
