Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Near Polegate, Sussex
Salary: Up to £47,000
Are you a dedicated nursing professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a family-run nursing home? I am seeking a Clinical Lead to join a compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, with a focus on dignity and respect.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care practices and make improvements as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development.
Collaborate with families and external professionals to enhance resident care and wellbeing.
Ideal Candidate:
Must hold a valid Nursing PIN and be registered with the NMC.
Previous experience in a nursing home setting is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of dementia care and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the highest quality of care.
