Position: Clinical Lead - Medium-Sized Nursing Home
Location: Near Rochester, Kent
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week
My client is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join their dedicated team at a well-established, medium-sized nursing home near Rochester, Kent. As Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents, particularly those living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual resident's needs.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring continuous development and training.
Oversee medication management and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with families and external professionals to provide holistic care.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
Proven experience in a nursing home environment.
Experience in dementia care is essential.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
