Clinical Pharmacist – Primary Care | Salisbury
Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 per annum (FTE) + NHS Pension + 6 Weeks Annual Leave + Study Leave
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | No evenings or home visits
Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for patient care in primary care? A progressive and well-established GP practice in Salisbury is looking to welcome a skilled prescriber to their expanding clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice known for its collaborative culture, excellent patient feedback, and long-standing team. With a Pharmacist Partner already in place, you’ll have both peer support and the space to grow professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting structured medication reviews (SMRs)

Managing polypharmacy and optimising medicines for long-term conditions

Reviewing discharge summaries and reconciling medications
-
Providing expert clinical advice within a multidisciplinary team

Prescribing autonomously as part of routine patient care

Leading on areas of clinical interest, with scope for further development
About You:

A qualified independent prescriber (essential)

Proven experience in a primary care setting

Confident in working independently and managing your own clinical workload

Competent using SystmOne (desirable)

Available to work Fridays (required)
