Position: Clinical Unit Lead
Location: Pinner
Salary: £23 per hour
I am recruiting a Clinical Lead for a well-established healthcare provider in London, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
As the Clinical Unit Lead you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing clinical policies, driving quality improvement initiatives, and providing expert clinical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring their development and well-being.
• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives where necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in healthcare to ensure the organisation continues to lead in clinical excellence.
Essential skills and qualifications:
• Registered nurse with valid NMC pin
• Experience in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving clinical standards.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
