Position: Clinical Unit Manager
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £20.93 to £21.93 per hour
I am recruiting a Clinical Unit Manager on behalf of a leading provider in Stevenage. As a Clinical Unit Manager you will have responsibility for part of the home and delivering the highest level of care. You will also be responsible for the running of the home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent.

Requirements, Roles and Responsibilities as a Clinical Unit Manager:
• You will need to be an RGN with an active NMC pin
• You will follow the standards of practice set by the NMC
• Deliver person centred care for every resident
• Supervise, mentor and support the nursing and clinical staff
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Leadership skills
• Clinical experience
• Managerial experience
