Salary: £72800
Location: Oswestry
Hours: Full Time
An exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the UK's largest care providers!!! You will have the opportunity to commission a new elderly nursing home in Oswestry you will ideally have commissioning experience however is it not essential.
The provider will look at Non-Nurse qualified managers as long as you have previously managed a Nursing Home
Job Requirements of the Commissioning Care Home Manager:
• Day to day running of the home
• Staff management/ appraisals/ training
• Marketing and increasing occupancy
• Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
Skills/ Qualifications of the Commissioning Care Home Manager:
• Previous managerial experience
• Hands on practical approach
• Sound knowledge of Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
