I am currently seeking a competent deputy manager to join a successul team in Chesterfield. The home boats excellent facilities.
The home specialises in Dementia care for the elderly in a safe and well established home which is family run

Deputy Manager Attributes:
• 3 years + Care Home Management experience (Essential)
• NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a care environment is required
• Requirement to be on-call
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Positive and caring attitude (essential)
