Location: Mansfield
Salary: £16.28 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to implement the company's mission by ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for motivating and developing your team to achieve this goal.
Your responsibilities include:
• Ensuring care plans for residents are completed on time and reviewed at least once a month.
• Ensuring all team members are competent with medication handling, with regular audits and proper inventory management.
• Managing the proper disposal of old medication and coordinating with the pharmacy for timely medication restocking.
