On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Poulton-le-Flyde
To be considered for this Clinical Deputy Manager role you should have previous deputy management experience within the dementia care sector, and you must have knowledge of medication and care planning.
This is a market leading home, and our client are keen to hire a new clinical deputy manager who has worked in high calibre care homes.
The clinical deputy manager job role and skillset:
•Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home.
•Oversee the delivery of high calibre care
•Strong clinical skillset
•Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care
•Strong care home deputy management experience
•Knowledge of dementia care, medication, clinical knowledge
