Deputy Care Home Manager – Near Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £36,000 (OTE up to £38,500)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? I Purosearch are working with a well-regarded, small family-run care provider to recruit a Deputy Manager for one of their friendly and welcoming care homes located near Redhill, Surrey.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering a competitive starting salary of £36,000, with the potential to earn up to £38,500 through on-target earnings.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working in a care home setting (essential)
Strong knowledge of dementia care
Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Ideally hold NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
