Position: Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse)
Location: Near Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next challenge? I am seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Deputy Manager at our well-established home located near Sittingbourne, Kent.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will help to lead and inspire a large team, promoting a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Key Requirements:
Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
Current experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar care setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, support, and develop a large team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
