Position: Deputy Care Home Manager
Location: Near Aylesbury, Kent
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
My client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join their well-established care home located near Aylesbury, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager with a strong background in care home management or a Registered Manager looking to step down.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day management and operation of the care home.
Ensure high standards of care are delivered to residents in a safe and nurturing environment.
Maintain a strong understanding of CQC guidelines and ensure the home operates in compliance with these standards.
Oversee and manage a dedicated team of staff, providing leadership and support.
Use your expertise in dementia care to enhance the well-being of residents with dementia.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home or a Registered Manager seeking a change.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Extensive experience and a deep understanding of dementia care.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
