Position: Clinical Deputy Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Near Caterham, Surrey
Salary: Starting from £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (supernumerary hours)
My client is a well-established nursing home in a peaceful, accessible location near Caterham, Surrey, seeking a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in providing high-quality care and supporting the management of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical and care teams.
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Deliver training and support to staff to enhance professional development.
Maintain a strong focus on resident well-being and quality of care.
Essential Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with active registration with the NMC.
Proven management experience within a care home setting.
A stable career history, demonstrating commitment and professional growth.
Ideally, experience in managing residents with dementia and complex behaviours.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support a team effectively.
