The Role:
As Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing support across the home and its staff whilst also providing the highest standards of seamless care. Occasionally, you will be expected to assume the responsibilities of Home Manager.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager:
• Providing support for the General Manager in the day to day running of the home
• Experience motivating, managing and organising staff
• Ensuring the homes compliance with the service provider policy, CQC regulations and NMC standards
• You will be motivated to create a safe, caring and welcoming environment for service users and staff
Essential Criteria:
• Active nurse pin, RGN / RMN
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
• Have, or be working towards your NVQ Level 5
