Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Near Dover, Kent
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Purosearch are representing a well-established, medium-sized care home near Dover, Kent, and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager to join a growing family-run team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.
Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to all residents, with a particular focus on those living with dementia.
Support and lead the care team, ensuring staff are motivated and delivering exceptional care.
Oversee care planning and ensure all records are maintained accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and the care team.
Ideal Candidate:
Dementia Experience: A strong understanding and experience in providing care for residents with dementia is essential.
NVQ Level 3: Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Care Home Experience: Previous experience working in a care home setting is required, with a proven track record in a supervisory or management role.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, person-centered care.
