Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Near Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their medium-sized luxury nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or a Clinical Lead looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee the clinical team and contribute to the development of care plans and assessments.
Provide hands-on care as needed while managing supernumerary responsibilities.
Foster a positive and collaborative environment for staff, residents, and families.
Requirements:
Valid NMC nursing PIN.
Proven experience in a nursing home setting.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
