My client is a provider who have a couple of care homes across the West Midlands. They are looking for an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager for a medium sized home in the Kings Norton area.
As the Deputy Care Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care for the residents. Being a focal point of call for a number of staff members, it is important that the chosen candidate has strong communication and leadership skills.
The service itself specialises in elderly and dementia care. My client is looking for a strong Deputy who can help improve standards of care and improve the current CQC rating to Good in all areas.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- Deputy Care Home Manager experience or significant experience in a Senior Care role
- Strong understanding of CQC
- Elderly and dementia experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
