An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established Care Home provider as a Deputy Manager in the Shrewsbury area. Purosearch are looking for a hard-working and caring Deputy to build on an existing and committed team.

Requirements for the Deputy Manager:
• Thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first class clinical care: SAFE, EFFECTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIVE, WELL-LED
• Experience at supervisory level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills/ Qualifications for the role of Deputy Manager:
• Experience in elderly/dementia care desirable and an active pin
• Have a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
• To be able to drive to Shrewsbury area
