Duties for the Deputy Manager:
- Assisting the Registered Manager with the day to day running of the home.
- Help manage the staff team, including rotas, training and supporting recruitment.
- Getting to know all residents, creating person centred care plans.
- Carrying out medication audits and competency assessments for Senior Carers.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and a warm and caring personality.
