One of my clients, an up-and-coming care organisation, are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for one of the services they provide in Catford. The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Home Manager and will lead a team of carers to provide the best standard of care for the residents. The chosen candidate must have good communication and leadership skills. The service itself, is a medium sized residential care home specialising in learning disabilities.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- NVQ L3
- Learning disabilities specialist
- Good communication skills
- Strong leader
- Has a background of working in a residential care home
- Experience of a Good CQC rating
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager / Unit Manager / Care Manager who is looking for a new opportunity.
