Position: Deputy Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Near Polegate, Sussex
Salary: Up to £26 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

My client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home near Polegate, Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a leadership role or an already established Deputy Manager seeking a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Provide expert clinical advice and support to staff and residents.
Ensure the home meets regulatory standards, including CQC guidelines.
Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
Experience working in a nursing home environment, ideally as a Deputy Manager or in a strong Clinical Lead role.
Experience and knowledge of dementia care is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to implement these within the home.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for providing exceptional care and ensuring the well-being of residents.
