Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join a Leading Care Provider as Deputy Manager at our brand-new Supported Living Scheme in Tamworth, supporting individuals across bungalows to live more independent, fulfilling lives.
The Role
Working alongside a dedicated Registered Manager and PBS Practitioner, you’ll help lead a team of Support Workers, oversee the day-to-day running of the service, support staff development and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours.
- Previous care experience, with senior or Team Leader experience highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for promoting independence and improving lives.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
