Are you a passionate nurse registered deputy manager looking for a new role? I am recruiting a Deputy Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a leading care provider to join their nursing home near to Chelmsford. You will be joining a friendly team of nurses who are also passionate about delivering high quality care to all residents.
As a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager, you are responsible for:
• Overseeing the delivery of high quality clinical care
• Medication management
• Provide staff management, support and development
• Provide leadership for the nursing team
• Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the residents and their families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other health care professionals
Essential skills and qualifications:
• Must be nurse registered with active pin
• Up to date clinical skills and experience
• Managerial / leadership skills
• Experience working with the elderly
• CQC knowledge
