Position: Deputy nursing Manager - Luxury Nursing Home
Location: Wigan
Salary: 50,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Join a leading nationwide organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care in their medium sized nursing home. My client is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to support their operations and ensure the highest standards of care for their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist the Home Manager in the daily operations of the nursing home.
·Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain a high quality of care.
·Support and supervise nursing and care staff, fostering a positive working environment.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans,
·particularly for residents with dementia.
·Monitor and evaluate the care provided to residents, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
·RGN/ RMN
·Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
·Proven experience in a nursing home setting, particularly with nursing care and mental health
·Strong understanding of dementia care and best practices.
·Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
