Are you an experienced RMN/ RNLD looking for a new managerial role within a specialist setting in the Burgess Hill area of Surrey.
My client is a specialist & highly rated & Mental Health hospital who have a great local reputation.
Offering care for a variety of mental challenges & is owned by a highly rated provider. This particular role is Deputy Ward Manager, supporting the ward manager in ensuring the highest levels of care are provided at all times & managing a clinical team.
The ward you will be working within caters for males who are dealing with mental health issues & on the path to recovery.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• RMN or RNLD Qualified with an active PIN
• Experience in a mental health setting at a management level, my client will look at a Unit Manager or senior nurse who has leadership experience
• Proven leadership, team building and motivational skills.
• Outstanding Management and communication skills.
• Up to date knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation.
