Position: Divisional Support Manager - Kent
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Kent

My client, a rapidly growing and well-respected family-run organisation in Kent, is seeking a Divisional Support Manager to oversee a range of services in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established manager, with experience in managing care services, or a regional/divisional manager looking to work for a reputable company that prioritises quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of services across Kent, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Work closely with service managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
Lead, support, and mentor a dedicated team to achieve consistent success and improved care outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CQC and other regulatory bodies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance service delivery and care standards.
Ensure services maintain and exceed CQC ratings.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a manager within a care setting, with a solid track record of achieving and maintaining positive CQC reports.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Experience working with dementia services is advantageous.
Ability to build strong relationships with CQC and other key stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
