I am recruiting on behalf of a leading client for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager located in Aylsham. As a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager you will have the responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the branch and coordinate home care services to individuals who require assistance but want to stay in the comfort of their own home.
Roles and responsibilities for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
• Ensure high quality care is been given to all clients
• Serve as point of contact for the clients and their families
• Develop care plans by liaising with the client and their families
• Ensure the branch meets the CQC and local authority standards
• Manage the branch budget and monitor the financial performance
• Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure high standards of care
• Develop important relationships by promoting the branch within the local community
Essential skills and qualifications for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
• Management experience within a Domiciliary setting
• Strong CQC knowledge
• Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
• In depth knowledge of health care regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Full UK drivers licence
• Minimum Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
