Looking for a Registered Manager domiciliary care job in Christchurch or Portsmouth? We are hiring an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a growing home care service delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the local community.

Key Responsibilities (Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care)
- Oversee the daily running of a domiciliary care service in Christchurch & Portsmouth
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and inspections
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing care team
- Maintain exceptional standards of home care and client satisfaction
- Manage care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Drive business growth, occupancy, and service quality
Essential Requirements
- MUST be a CQC Registered Manager (essential requirement)
- Proven experience in domiciliary care management / home care management
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
